Stella Women's Coat Sewing Pattern 

A fuss-free coat with a high-impact shape. 

The Stella coat has a trapeze a-line silhouette and a flat front that just meets at the front without closing. This coat is unlined, has oversized draped patch pockets and raglan sleeves. 

For cool weather you can make this coat from medium weight wool, denim or suiting fabrics. 

For warmer seasons try making this from lightweight fabrics such as silk, satin, cotton or linen.

For a high impact style make the Stella coat from lace, faux fur or quilted fabric. We even recommend making this from denim with exposed seams for a super modern relaxed jacket.

Materials needed: 45" wide fabric, 4 yards. 58" wide fabric, 3.25 yards.
